Farcana Case Study

Farcana, headquartered in the UAE, is a PvP third person hero shooter game which offers innovatory mechanics, including Bitcoin rewards.

Our team joined Farcana just in time to develop a stellar go-to-market strategy which heavily involved getting them the right media attention,  starting with their fundraising announcement, which hit some of the biggest names in Web 2 and Web 3 media, including Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Decrypt.

We also supported the Farcana team with their KOL partnerships, where we were able to secure the biggest names in the industry, followed by introductions to tier 1 exchanges.

Throughout our campaign, we executed roughly 381 collaborations with prominent NFT projects and communities, including Neo Tokyo, Apelist (Bored Apes & Crypto Punks), Pudgy Penguins, Doodles, Azuki, and countless gaming-focused communities.

We collaborated with more than 70 NFT KOLs to produce in-depth Twitter threads and project reports. These KOLs have a staggering combined following of 2.9 million on Twitter.

Additionally, we hosted over 25 Twitter Spaces and AMAs with elite communities, such as Apelist, Binance Live, Azuki, Neo Tokyo, L3E7 and many others. The communities that hosted our AMAs have a combined following of over 1.8 million.

When we started the campaign the Discord had 15,381 members and Twitter had 98,789 followers. Fast forward to December 19th, MINT DAY, we were sitting at 40,780 Discord members and 144,300 Twitter followers.

During the minting process, Farcana rapidly achieved the number one spot in all categories on the Polygon Chain for 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. In the guaranteed phase, the floor price started at 1 ETH and remained stable for months after the campaign, standing at 1.75 ETH, which was nearly $4,000 at the time. Shortly after the collection sold out, we reached 200 ETH in total volume and we later broke 400 ETH, which was around $900,000 at the time.
